Touching and Impacting Lives - Both Hands Project

Adoption update:   
Things are starting to move ahead once again.  If you have been following our journey, you know we thought we would have E-man home by December.  God has a chosen a different path and timeline for us to follow. We are still matched with E-man, but we are near the top of the referral list.  So, we may  be matched with someone else in the coming weeks.  Which we will have to make a difficult decision at that point.   

We have also joined forces with Both Hands/Lifesong to participate in a unique opportunity to serve the widow and the orphan. 
We'd love to have you as part of our team! To help us work on Beth's house, please come to our kick off meeting this coming Sunday at Valleydale Church in room 101 at 12:30 p.m.  If you want to donate, just follow the instructions in the letter. Thanks for your support!

Expecting

We are expecting! The journey continues...I am fasciated how God works through his people. I am so far of where I want to be spiritually, but yet he continues to use us. Over the past year, the Lord has challenged and even confronted me with his word. The question I have been wrestling with is... do I believe it...do I believe all of it? In short, I do! I believe every single word, period, adjective, noun...to be the inspired word of God. I often hear things like man wrote it or what about dinosaurs, or this or that....Have you read it? I am convinced you will never be person God wants you to be until you believe in the power of his word. Of course man wrote it... God has always also used men as his vessel. How would you expect him to write it? It truly humbles me that he would inspire men to speak through him then as he is now. Happy Birthday Emmanuel - A father's letter

Emmanuel's Birthday is December 3rd.  Happy Birthday E’man. What an amazing year! The last seven months have been an incredible roller- coaster ride and we are so thankful God has brought you into our lives. You have changed us forever! In fact, God is already using you to impact the nations. How cool is that? We wish we could all be together, but God has a unique plan that only he fully understands.
