PROJECT SCOPE;
Overview:
The scope of this project is to transform the Siebert’s garage from a crowded storage space to a young boy’s dream room. A room where he can be a boy, play games and have fun with his friends.
Details:
1) Remove all contents from the garage, place into storage or donate or sell.
2) Remove insulation on ceiling rafters.
3) Check roofing shingles and repair problem areas.
4) Remove wall paneling.
5) Relocate electrical boxes to correct levels, add GFCI receptacles
6) Remove garage door and frame the opening with a window.
7) Install siding on new framed exterior and trim around window.
8) Install sheetrock on garage ceiling.
9) Install 6 recessed can lights.
10) Install sheetrock on walls including new framed interior at garage front.
11) Finish and sand sheetrock.
12) Paint ceiling walls and trim.
13) Berber Weave Nylon carpet with pad.
14) Add Multimedia TV and Gaming Console and furniture.
